This includes everythinig from building finance functions from scratch and supporting multiple fundraising rounds to scaling and guiding businesses through M&A exits. She's passionate about making finance a strategic partner to the business, bringing clarity, structure, and cross-functional alignment to support better decision-making and sustainable growth.
Thomas is a finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across finance, tax, and operations in Germany and the U.S. He currently advises founders and finance leaders on building efficient, AI-enabled finance functions, following roles as Fractional CFO and VP Finance at eyeo. With experience spanning SaaS, e-commerce, payments, web3, and crypto, Thomas combines deep financial expertise with a strong focus on technology and practical AI adoption.
Ante is Co-founder and CEO of Moss, where he's leading the company’s mission to make corporate spending simpler, more transparent, and more efficient for modern finance teams.
