Moss Cards are currently issued by Transact Payments Malta Limited (TPML), Vault 14, Level 2, Valletta Waterfront, Floriana FRN 1914, Malta, pursuant to a licence by Mastercard International Incorporated. TPML is an e-money institution, licensed and supervised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) in alignment with the requirements set by the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the EU E-Money Directive 2 (EMD2). We are in the process of transitioning the issuance of our Moss Cards from TPML to Moss GmbH.

Raisin Bank AG

Raisin Bank AG, Niedenau 61-63, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, registered with the local court (Amtsgericht) of Frankfurt am Main HRB 13305, offers credit card transaction limits in connection with Moss Cards to our customers in Germany (creditworthiness provided). GetMoss NL B.V.
