She works across the full CFO mandate — from FP&A, controlling and accounting to cash management, fundraising preparation and investor reporting. Her clients include Ratepay, myneva and kurzgesagt, guiding them through transformations, audits and complex growth phases. Beyond her CFO work, Alina advocates for Female Leadership in Finance and hosts the torq.partners Finance Podcast.
Milan Erdos is Head of Finance at Peec AI, one of the fastest growing Series A startups in Europe. With a decade of experience across Berlin's tech ecosystem spanning B2B SaaS, Gaming and AI, he specialises in building finance organisations and frameworks that enable VC-backed companies to scale efficiently from Series A to Unicorn-stage in an international environment.
