What is AI at Moss?
A set of AI Workflows running across the Moss platform, handling the parts of finance that have traditionally been too complex or too time-consuming to automate properly: invoice coding, receipt chasing, document checks and more. Built to be accurate to your business from day one, not a generic model applied to everyone.
How is this different from ordinary automation?
Rule-based automation follows a fixed set of instructions. Moss reasons about context, reading an invoice the way an accountant would rather than matching it against a template. It adapts to your chart of accounts and your rules, rather than applying the same logic to every customer.
What are AI Workflows?
AI Workflows are how Moss runs the repetitive parts of finance work for you: preparing entries, matching documents, flagging what needs a decision. Moss shows its reasoning, and nothing is finalised without your approval.
