Preparing for e-invoicing in Germany: What you need to know

From 1 January 2025, businesses in Germany will be required to accept structured e-invoices.

These regulations will apply to all business-to-business transactions over 250€. It's the first stage of a phased rollout that will require all German companies to issue e-invoices by 1 January 2028.
