Moss charges a single platform fee aligned with the functionality you need. Additionally, there is a variable fee based on the volume of transactions you expect to process each month.

Am I charged based on the number of users?

No, there is a single platform fee regardless of the number of users. This allows you to onboard your entire organisation at no extra cost, maximising the value you get from Moss. Our HR system integrations included in all modules allow you to automatically onboard your full team, including the organisational structure without additional charges.

Am I charged based on the number of transactions?

Yes, you will be charged based on the volume of transactions you expect to process each month. This allows you to onboard any number of users  without incurring any costs and ensures you only pay for the features you use.

What is a transaction?

Transactions include all card transactions, invoices, and reimbursements that are processed through the platform.

How do I choose my package?

To select your Moss package, evaluate your business needs, choose the necessary modules based on how your company spends, and consider add-ons for advanced requirements. You can choose as many modules as necessary to your business. All packages include the Moss platform and Corporate Cards module.
